If you're anything like us, we understand that sometimes you just can't wait, so we also offer a Next Day Delivery service for an additional 99p should you need your item in a hurry.

Order late or not turned up?

Items rarely get lost, and everything we post has a tracking number. Also Royal Mail now include GPS coordinates, so we can tell you with confidence where your parcel is as most of the time it's with a neighbour, but leave the searching to us, just get in touch if you don't have your parcel within 3 days and we'll find out exactly where it is.

We accept all returns as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return an item to us, simply use the 'Contact Us' page or click here and fill in your contact details along with a short description of the return reason or issue, or you can email us using the address on the contact us page and one of our friendly team members will be in touch within 24hrs.

Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first as we need to issue you with a Return Number.

You will have to pay the return postage cost unless we have delivered the incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please also ensure that you keep a copy of the receipt/proof of postage as we are not liable for items that have been lost in transit or damaged, and this will enable you to make a claim. All item(s) must be returned unopened, unused and in a condition that allows it to be resold; this doesn't affect your statutory rights. If any returned items we receive back are missing, opened, used or damaged we will notify you straight away and we may send the item(s) back to you or refund a lesser amount to your payment method. We aim to process all returns within 4 working days of receiving the item, and once your refund has been confirmed, it will be processed back to the payment method you originally used to make payment with us which can take up to 3 working days to show in your account. If we deliver an item incorrect item or an item that is damaged we will cover the cost of return shipment to us via royal mail 2nd class, as we believe this is the fastest, most cost effective and safest way. If you receive an item that is damaged, please don't dispose of it without contacting us first as we may require photographic evidence and/or the item to be returned back to us at our expense; this is done on a case by case basis, so please do contact us first. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchange or offer credit notes on opened or used cosmetics/beauty products.
